Financial assistance or help paying your bill
We understand that many members are impacted financially by COVID-19, and utility costs can place a continued stress on your budget. We urge anyone concerned about not being able to pay your electric bill to contact us during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. We're available to work with co-op members who may have fallen behind on their electric bill, and we can also review your usage history and recommend ways to reduce your electricity consumption which will help lower costs.

Please note: Members may pay their bill during normal business hours at our Bloomington office lobby or by dropping it off in the drop box outside of our office. Local business resources
Now more than ever, we understand the challenges that local businesses within our community are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Corn Belt Energy would like to extend an offer of support for local businesses. Corn Belt Energy offers a program called, Co-op Connections. As a business, you have the opportunity to promote special offers to our participating members through the Co-op Connections smartphone app and Corn Belt Energy will help you promote your business and your business’ offer online, in our newsletter which is included as a part of the Illinois Country Living magazine, as well as on the Co-op Connections smartphone app. As a business, you may choose any offer (large or small) and you choose the expiration date as well.
This program is offered free of charge to both local businesses, and our membership of more than 36,000 people in Illinois.
