Our cooperative office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays through Fridays. Call us at 1-800-879-0339 during these hours to speak to a member accounts representative.

Making Payments

Many co-op members call in to pay their bills over the phone, but they may not know they have options to make payments when it's most convenient for them, 24/7.

Online payments: Establish online account access and you can pay your bill online with a credit or debit card. Get up to $20 in incentives when you set up automatic payments and opt for electronic bills. Click here to get started.

Drop-off box for non-cash payments: When our office is closed, members are encouraged to deposit their non-cash payments in our drop-off box, located on the northeast side of our building. We will collect your payment by the next business day.  Click here for location information.
