Corn Belt Energy Corporation offers programs to
enhance education opportunities within the communities we serve.
• Education Grants - Four schools will be awarded $1,000 to be used for
innovative programs that will enrich students’ education.
Education Grants
It’s widely recognized that our schools are limited financially in the
programs they can offer. With that in mind, we are offering all schools
within Corn Belt Energy’s service territory an opportunity to apply for a
$1,000 education grant! Four schools will be selected based on the need
and/or impact of the program on the school.
Eligibility: is limited to schools attended by
sons and daughters of Corn Belt Energy’s members.
Teachers and administrators of K-12 public and private schools may apply.
Multiple projects
within the same district can be combined to total $1,000. Preference will be
given to projects and
programs that enhance learning and are not currently being funded through
the school district’s budget. Corn Belt Energy reserves the right to take
pictures of the winners and print them in various publications.
For application, click here. Applications and supporting
documents must be received in Corn Belt Energy's office no later than
March 31, 2008.
